1. In my resistance, I knew that there was more to the assignment. To think of an assignment as nothing more than a grade would be a missed opportunity as it is. But when there's resistance, it's an even bigger indicator that something's going on, there's a deeper significance. And I knew there was something to the story that was to come. And I was motivated. There's a certain excitement that arises when one realizes they're at the onset of a personal transformation.
