If we see ourselves primarily from the point of view of our relationships (good, bad, and ugly), we will never be able to reach our full potential. While we deeply love those God gives us along the way, the most important, ongoing relationship we will ever have is with our own Divine being. We were born as a single entity, we will face death on our own, and we must make our way back to the Divine under our own steam.
